Registration Fees & Due Dates:
Payment Amount $500 (5th grade & up)
First Payment: $250.00 – February 12, 2025
Second Payment: $250.00 – March 4, 2025
Payment Amount $400 (4th Grade & Under)
First Payment: $200.00 – February 12, 2025
Second Payment: $200.00 – March 4, 2025
*All fees must be paid in full in order to receive uniforms.

Important documents:
We will collect a copy of all players birth certificate, report card and insurance card. (In case of injury and we have to transport) These documents can be given to your head coach or emailed to bhamblazedocs@gmail.com. Once received it will be placed in a team binder as proof of player documentation if ever needed for a tournament.
